In accordance with the Scheme of Arrangement set out in the Circular to Shareholders, dated 28 May 2010 ("Scheme"), and following the sanction of the Scheme by the High Court of Justice in England and Wales on 12 July 2010, the Company has requested that its ordinary shares of 0.5p are suspended from trading with immediate effect.
